After 4 months of work, we’re excited to finally announce that Rottenlands is coming to Steam this October for Steam Next Fest!
This will be the first time players can experience our game on Steam, and we’re incredibly excited to share what we’ve been building with you.
🌵 Explore the Cacti Region
The demo takes place in the Cacti Region, home to the Cacti Basket and the first major area of the Rottenlands.
You’ll have around an hour of gameplay to explore the region and defend its settlements from the spreading Mold. Across roughly 20 levels, you’ll be able to experiment with different strategies and build different decks using:
- 3 unique units
- 4 unique spells
- 4 unique infusions
- 4 unique towers
- 2 secret special towers
And if you manage to make it through the entire game, there’s still one more challenge waiting for you: an infinite-time level where you can see just how long you can survive.
🎮 Where Can I Play?
For now, RottenLands is being developed for PC, and the demo will be available on Steam during Steam Next Fest this October.
We also have an early version build on itch if you’re curios to see how the game was in its early stages.
